Found this plant not far from my place...

Not much of a hassle at all, your parents out of town? Smoke, awesome. Invite some friends over? Smoke, have an awesome time. You going out somewhere, theme park, bowling, smoke, awesome time.

My humble opinion:
Weed makes people lazy and apathetic. It degrades society and should be avoided and destroyed. Of course, all in moderation may apply, but it’s easiest just to keep away from it than attempt to moderate your consumption. And yes these are generalizations, they aren’t true for a lot of people possibly including you, but for the majority they are.

I have never smoked weed myself, but I live in a town that takes stoner culture to an absurd extreme. I hate it.

My advice: leave that male plant there. And try to get a hold of more of them if you can and start planting them everywhere. Fuck over the local growers, they deserve it.

I know a lot of smart people who smoke weed, there are many successful people who smoke weed. I’ve already talked to you about this before garth, what you learn, I’m guessing you learned in health class? You seem to think weed affects you even when you’re not high. Look things up before you bash on it, and on both sides of the argument.

My health class surprisingly didn’t say much about weed. perhaps because it is such a pro weed community they just didn’t want to touch that subject. I believe what I do from living in a school filled to the brim with stoners and having to be around them 24/7. I know weed doesn’t have a direct effect on you when you aren’t high, but I believe regularly getting tends to create a bad mindset. Just as my mom taking psychedelic drugs in the 70s gave her a bizarre ridiculous spiritualism; decades after the high was gone psychological effects remained. Of course weed, being a weaker drug, doesn’t have that long lasting effect, but it still has one that seems to remain as long as you smoke regularly.

I don’t smoke weed but people should have the freedom to choose for themselves whether or not to smoke it.

Not minors though, and that’s a very large portion of the smoking population.

It’s only going to create a lazy side affect if you’re already lazy.

People use weed to counter stress and worry. Stress and worry are often just ways of life kicking you in the ass until you get shit done. Without it, you often won’t get shit done.

 I was speaking rhetorically.

What’s your point? They don’t do it because it makes you more successful you know :stuck_out_tongue:

The point is that people say it makes you stupid and a failure in life, but that’s actually not true at all.

Well, I’ve never assumed that, to me the point was null

I wasn’t replying to you either, I was replying to Garth’s post

Personally, I don’t care if people smoke weed. But I don’t support it either. I believe anything that harms a person’s ability to have good judgement, including but not limited to: Marijuana, alcohol, cocaine, heroine, and other drugs, have an overall negative effect on society.

I’m sorry, I didn’t realise replying to a discussion on an open forum was frowned upon :expressionless:

? I’m not mad at all, thought you were confused and thought I was talking to you

[COLOR=‘Black’]It was sarcasm dickwad

To my limited knowledge, it just accentuates your more extreme personality traits. So if someone has a depressed side, weed can bring that to the forefront, or if they have anger problems it can make that worse. Some people think it’s relaxing, etc.

Whatever. I don’t smoke the stuff because anyplace I apply for a job has drug tests (some of which are hair sample tests and therefore go back 2+ years) and I’d like to have a shot at getting a job this century.

Plus, I don’t want to find out what my extreme personality traits are.

the test is that a dude w. 2+ years worth of hair def has drugs

Hell, Ill just try it the next time I’m at my friends. So what if I have asthma :stuck_out_tongue:

If you don’t want to inhale smoke because of asthma, buy a vape =)
