I can’t get my camera to focus in closeups…
That’s because there’s no soul for it to autofocus on.
Thats probably because its not in macro mode.
I had mine on auto mode. Maybe it goes into macro mode automatically but I don’t know how to enable macro mode manually.
It probably just does it automatically. I don’t know why some cameras don’t.
You would think that all modern digital cameras would.
Then how do most people on this forum manage to post pictures that aren’t blurry?
I know mine auto macros when you lightly press first to let it find a focus.
I tried that and it still came out as blurry as all hell.
Maybe your eye is just blurry as hell.
Also it helps to keep the camera (and subject) steady and provide it with lots of light, for a short shutter time (especially at a wide aperture).
