I’m not sure, the Red Bull isn’t just about a blown diffuser; The “map-q” they run in quali is one of the secrets to their pace in quali, but the entire package is what makes them so fast. The packaging of the gearbox and pullrod suspension is another reason they are quick, something the other teams can’t replicate easily.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see Ferrari match them for speed before Maclaren do.
