It felt pretty nice to watch Schumy giving us a glimpse of his old self this race… that was some great driving there, even though he was like 20th in the race due to the double pit stops :/.

I still hope he doesn’t quit after this season, and that Mercedes’ car gets improved for next year (and every other team’s car for that matter, more competition is always better to watch).

I disagree. I felt we saw nothing from him because of how the race panned out for him. On the other end of the scale, we saw K Kubisha (SP?) I mean, what a drive he had. It was like 2009 interlagos all over again!

Well that didn’t go quite as planned (Webber) :fffuuu:

Nope! It was a nasty smash thats for sure!

European GP: Vettel Leads McLarens to the podium as Webber gets some unexpected wings.

Probably late, but who gives a damn? Certainly not me.
So, GP in Valencia started with some unexpected stuff with Hamilton rushing for top, overtaking Webber and trying to get Vettel. But German touched with Hamilton in the first corner which lead to front wing damage for McLaren, which prbably secured Vettel a win this weekend, because Hamilton dropped quite a lot before the first pitstops.

Speaking of pitstops, Webber had quite an unlucky start and dropped to 9th (!) during first few laps. So he pitted really early for tyres which left him at the very bottom of the grid. Not to mention that pitstop was surprisingly slow. This all built-up for a Horrible CRASH as Webber tried to get out of the bottom, as he ran into the back of Kovalainen’s Lotus:

Australian somersaulted right through the DHL banner, landed upside down, flipped back on to its wheels and crashed into tyre barriers at 300kph.
Amazingly, he emerged unhurt, but very frustrated indeed.

The collision summoned a safety car which then initiated a series of pitstops by every driver except Schumi and Kobayashi. Real winner from the pitstops was Button, who emerged 4th behind Vettel and Hamilton who pitted later, and Kobayashi who didn’t pit at all. Schumi however, having a really bad qualifying prior, finally decided to pit, but was forced wait as the pack was roaming right past him.

After the SC things settled down a bit, with Vettel leading from Hamilton from Kobayashi from Button, as Hamilton turned his fuel to yellow G4, preparing to rush at Vettel later. But this was not for long as famous faggot Alonso, who couldn’t live with his 9th, tipped to HQ that Hamilton overtook SC which was emerging from pits that time, which led to investigation and drivethrough for the Brit. Hamilton was then told to go back into yellow G1 and started gaining really big on Vettel prior his rapid drivethrough. This secured 2nd for the brit, as he gained quite a cushion for himself. Alonso was :s adface:, but he obviously deserves it.

So it went pretty same for the last 30-ish laps with Hamilton quite successfully trying to close the 14 second gap (he managed to cut it down to three seconds b the end of the race) between Vettel and that motherfucker Kobayashi holding Button down as he refused to pit right until the end of the race. Man what a faggot. He did very good, however, by overtaking Alonso in the last few laps. Hahahahah.

As Button was set free after that faggot japanese pitstop, he started stamping fastest laps, and by the end of the race, he was very close Hamilton.

Everyone is happy, McLaren lead increased, Alonso continued whining. Yeah, pretty much.
Well, Late in the race the stewards announced that Button, Barrichello, Hulkenberg, Kubica, Petrov, Sutil, Liuzzi, Buemi and De la Rosa are to be investigated for the speed of their in-laps behind the safety car.
But they just gave everyone a five seconds penalty in the end, so nothing changed except for one place for OLOLONSO.
Full results here.

And here’s a little extra. Yeah, that’s poopid.

Hahahaha oh man Red Bull finally won me over! : )))

Hahahah! Awesome! … 3 points on his license for no number plate, indicators, lights or mirrors that acctually work. :stuck_out_tongue:

He’s going to jail

No race this weekend mark. You have to appear in front of the crown prosecution service.

They’re gonna chop his head off.

And stick it on a pike in the Tower of London.

Because Her Majesty wants so.

And cos Phillips a douche.

So HRT dropped Senna for the GP at Silverstone :stuck_out_tongue:
.

:frowning:

Is the guy filling in for him a test driver? Either way, i doubt they’ll be scoring any points anyway.

Yeah he was a backup driver apparently. Also it seems they dropped Senna because the japanese dude is rich and gave a lot of his money to the team when he originally got in.

Ironic that they dropped Senna though, since they are sponsored by two Brazilian companies that wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t for Senna racing for them :stuck_out_tongue: .

Okay, Jenson Button, now officially, what the fucking fuck is wrong?
