steam-version of game not correctly displayed interface menu and subtitles, when I use russian version of steam interface

problem fixed, when I changed steam language, but this is not good version of solution
by the way -language english in game start properties not helped

Did that other thread fix it? I am told you can also set your Steam language to English. We are looking into this for a permanent fix.
