I havent been able to try and reproduce this but when I get to the area again I will see if it happens again.
But to the problem, I had a problem getting the broken catwalk to float up when putting the floating barrels in the cage under the catwalk. I put every barrel I could find from the flooded rooms also and it never moved. I had to basically restart the chapter before the Marines sends the tram into the flooded silo and jump off before just to progress further into the game.
That isn’t what he’s talking about. He’s talking about the silo where you end up after your train crashes in OAR.
There should be three (3) of those barrels around:
The first being in the hallway right behind the tram (underwater), floating close to the ceiling (it is at the very end of the corridor).
The second one should be around the (left) corner, when entering the hallway behind the tram (it is floating in the left (diagonal) corner of the room, close to the ceiling, again).
The last barrel should be on top of the ‘bridge’ you are supposed to raise.
Also, try re-positioning the barrels (if you’ve placed the three, already) and see if that helps.
