Flash light problem

When i light the flash light in dark places, it dosent work but when its not that dark i can see the light. Whats wrong?

Honestly, I have nothing to say on that, I’ve seen people with the same problem on great computers and on horrible ones. I think it’s something they haven’t figured out yet…
