Here is a fix
[COLOR=‘Sienna’]First you need to enable dev console
Go to settings/keyboard/advance
check off dev console

to bring up console ingame use ` key

[COLOR=‘green’]Open the dev console and run this command

[COLOR=‘Lime’]r_dynamiclighting 0

dynmatic seems to still work and no more lag and framedrop
