Find the INVISIBLE COUCHES IN HL2!

Nobody said they existed before the “update”

In the video description I do comment that I’m not really sure if that couch was already invisible before the update.

Also, I didn’t expect this video to be such a small hit!

Psha, descriptions are for fags.

Quote one person in this thread who’s said otherwise. Stop being an ass-bag.

This happened to me once with a stool in HL2DM.

[color=red]Make me find them. I dare you.

Somebody’s feeling like a mouthy prick today. I love it when folks do that. “Psh! OBVIOUSLY such and such, MORONS!” Anything for a chance to let everyone know you’re smaller than all of your peers? Pat yourself on the back yet with a douchy scoff and a roll of your eyes?

Plus, if someone doesn’t keep up on what takes place during what updates or know much about the engine, that makes them an idiot? What is this, I don’t even.

ANYWACE. I haven’t ever encountered anything like this in any of my run-throughs (though the way I fuck around and restart a section constantly to save as many dudes as possible is hardly much of a “run-through.”) I love how all furniture explodes into a few identical featureless sticks–even invisible furniture.

+1

How about a character that casts no shadows?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTxVkDiIsAE

ohlolol

You can clearly see his shadow though, it’s just blatantly in the wrong place!

Well, that’s the normal projected shadow and has nothing to do with the flashlight’s dynamic shadows.

I’m currently playing that chapter again, i should bump into it soon.

I know that, but he’s still GOT a shadow!

Yes, but what happened to his dynamic shadow? Is he a vampire or something?

Could be… I never did trust that Cubbage.

Well, he doesn’t seem to leave his cellar to help the fight.

A bit like Hitler then.

“Hey Dr. Freeman, I heard you were there when Odessa Cubbage took down the first gunship! That must have been a real honor for you! I am proud to say I met someone who knew Odessa Cubbage!”

OMG!! I thought I was the only one that happened to, I recognise the spot, is so weird, its been there since the new update

The question we now have to ask is, why the hell did Valve add an invisible couch if it was in fact not there before the update?

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
