Exporting Black Mesa weapon models to Half Life 2/CM2013

I wanted to use the Black Mesa Shotgun model in HL2 CM2013.
So far i managed to replace the files correctly, but the problem is that
now both the hands and the weaopn is in pink/black texture.
Any solution?

You need to change way of texture in the qc file bfore compiling

What “qc” file and what compiling?

I didn’t use any programs for editing, i only replaced files.
Please explain a bit better.

You need ot create materials/models/weapons/v_shotgun/ for shotgun textures and
materials/models/weapons/v_hand/ for hands textures

The v_shotgun and v_hand textures i probably didn’t copy because i didn’t know where to place or replace them.

You can just take model without texture .You need to create folders for textures. Actually i can make bm shotgun fo hl2 hands if you want
