Export maps of another Source mod to Black Mesa

Hi! I wanna ask you about this. In Adrenaline Gamer there is a map that I like it, and I wanna export it to Black Mesa. The problem is textures and models. I dunno what should I do.

If you can help or show me a guide of how can I do this I would be very happy! :smiley:

Well, there’s no guarantee it will work and be totally compatible, but if you have the mod the map is for, you can mount its assets in Black Mesa’s gameinfo.txt.

Open Black Mesa’s gameinfo.txt (in the Black Mesa\bms directory), and add a new line in the SearchPaths section (should start at around line 105).

And what should I put in that code? Sorry but I’m not very expert in map threads :S

The file path to whatever mod your map is for. For example, “C:\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\containment”

And when I put the directory I can use materials and models of AG2?

Yes, that should mount that mod’s assets into Black Mesa, so the game recognizes them.

Yep! Though thinking about it, maybe you should put it after the Black Mesa VPKs, that way you don’t override it.
