Error with the english localization

Whenever I’m in-game (or in-mod, whatever), I constantly see things like: “#BMS_Saved”, or “#BMS_Chapter05”, or in the intro “#BMS_Subject”.

Is anyone else getting this? I sure can’t fix. Seems to be a problem with the bms_english.txt file.

EDIT: And yes, the directory IS called “BMS”.
