Easter Eggs or Funny Things

I found “Mac. Blesa” on a fire extinguisher near the start of the game.
Don’t worry. I’m not playing on an 800x600 game display. I made steam crop the image down low.
Mac most likely stands for Mack.
It would then be Mack Blesa.
Mack Blesa is an anagram for Black Mesa.

At the bm_c1a0a, when the guard has computer problems, the scientist there suggested pressing Control Alt and Delete.

Welcome to the forums but…
those things have been known, by probably everyone, for years.

The fire extinguisher is just a random joke.
the MaC Blesa.

Mac from Macdonalds, Blesa sounding like a fun word for blazing mixed with mesa.

Random joke yes, but it’s definitely meant to be an anagram or specifically a spoonerism (swapping of the starting consonant sounds of two words), like “cunning stunt”, or what happens when you try and say this little rhyme too quickly:

“I’m not a pheasant plucker,
I’m a pleasant plucker’s son.
And I’ll be plucking pheasant
'Till the pheasant plucking’s done.”

What’s the difference between the circus and congress? One’s a cunning array of stunts…

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
