'Easter Eggs' and Cool Stuff

Hov 'bout the “Dun Givva” forklifts… Harr harr. Lame, but made me crack a smile.

I looked at one up close on my first play through and I swear it actually said WD-40. I didnt see the 41 or 43 ones though. Then again that could have been an O instead.

I think I will look at everyone I come across see if I see any WD-39 or smaller numbers. If so then that will be a nice little easteregg especially if its in a very old section of the facility.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned yet, but I loved that one of the computers in Questionable Ethics had Hammer open.

It’s fitting because that’s Raminator’s computer. :3

Has anyone found any references to Aperture Science yet?

It would have seemed to me like a no brainer to include maybe a few white boards with statistics on how much better Black Mesa is doing, like we had in Portal.

this one is cool. questionable ethics

What do these mean? Only thing I associate with WD-40 is motoroil. But that can’t be it

WD-40 is penetration oil. Widely used in everything from mechanical to household purposes, such as stopping squeaking hinges or driving water out of carburettors

Ah ok, thanks. So I wasn’t that far away. Still don’t get, why this is funny, though  (Except when thinking about applying the hive-hand…)

Using the WD-43 on the hivehand would be funny, Gordon isn’t that nice!! just funny cause of the copyright dodge from WD-40 to WD-43

Did anyone see the little Houndeye sitting and watching television in the Office Complex. That was pretty cute. I felt sorry to have to kill the little bugger!!!

Oh man really? and I though the sleeping houndeyes were cute enough!!!

That was my favourite part:

Anyone notice that many, if not all, of the main Devs have their surnames attached to fictitious characters that are broadcast by the VOX intercom system, such as:

“Lieutenant Montero to sub-level 3” (Carlos “cman2k” Montero)
“Agent Dale report to administration sub-level 8” (Brian “bkd86” Dale)
“Agent Teunissen report to topside tactical operations center” (Victoria “CatzEyes93” Teunissen)

The perks of being a Dev!

keep going guys - you still missing A TON of eggs

Holy mackerel, could Carlos “cman2k” Montero find bigger letters?

Loads of stuff here:

Edit: Just have to say that finding these is great fun. The devs obviously had a blast making this

I can has cheesburger

am i the only one who saw the pizza is a lie thing in questionable ethics? ?

Am i the only one who noticed the entire sticky dedicated to the pizza…

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
