Far Cry 3 looks pretty sweet.
It does, but am I the only one who thinks the graphs are the same or even worse than far cry 2 (not that it matters, I enjoyed FC2)

Overstrike from Insomniac looks pretty good as well, kinda Team Fortress 2 humour and the same level of action but with Mass Effect-ish technology.
Ubisoft’s conference was just terrible.
Yeah, FC3 looks good. I suspect (and hope) that the action is exaggerated in the video here, and that the game will be a lot more about picking off your enemies and sneaking around like the last two games.

I don’t think that this has been announced at E3 yet (since Nintendo haven’t got started yet), but the trailer seems to have been published 2 days ago, and may well be one of the greatest crimes against videogames ever. How easily a classic can be ruined.

Granted, that’s fun, but for me the game has to have quite a bit of action in places, otherwise quietly sneaking around will become boring if there isn’t the occasional gun fight and challenge.
