It’s a wet dream.

It’s a wet dream.
Geddit?
I had a dream where I was awake, on the bed that I fell asleep on, and I was telling myself to get up because there was cake downstairs. So I tried to get up, but apparently for the purposes of the dream, I couldn’t move. At all. Eventually I woke up and there was no cake. I cried.
True story.
Wasn’t the first BM release dream I had, either.
The first one I was in a long line up to get CDs of the mod, and when I finally got to the top (Line was on a huge staircase) I got mine, asked you (You didn’t look like yourself of Summer Glau in this one) which of the devs you were, you answered, and I was thinking “Holy crap, I just met Raminator!”
…Then I woke up and became dissapointed that it was only a dream.
I was a girl in my dream the other day, for some reason.
I have dreams that could best be described as “Superman tethered to the ground by a bungee chord.” I fly up into the air for no reason, and then get pulled back down to where I took off from at incredible speed, miss the ground by a couple feet, and go flying off in the opposite direction, just to repeat the process a few times before catching onto a tree or flagpole or something else with a little give to stop from almost smashing into the ground over and over again.
I hate that dream.
I just woke up. Like, 5 minutes ago, so this dream is fresh on my mind.
Black Mesa was released. Some of it was good, but for the most part it felt like a totally different game that didn’t remind me of HL.
I was talking to Ram and he was explaining to me why there was no crowbar in the beginning of the game. He said they had to design the levels to not require the weapon, because they couldn’t place the crowbar in any specific place; it just randomly appeared in rare places based on some in-game timer mechanism and faulty coding.
Valve then played the game and was immediately disappointed, and it didn’t feature on Steam.
The funny thing is, it wasn’t a nightmare so much as just an uncomfortable dream…
Also, I didn’t remember that there was a dream thread and I just saw this randomly so this makes it all the more creepy.
I had a dream I had a big thick beard.
I have a new goal in life.
Once you’ve achieved it, you should go around the country shouting at people in an attempt to get them to buy cleaning products.
My dreams make less sense every night that goes by.
Two?
Oh come on, Billy Mays == AWESOME
I don’t think I said otherwise…
:3
I’m alarmed by the ammount of people that dream of Black Mesa.
Well, I happen to have had two BM dreams.
The first one was a while ago, so I don’t remember it clearly, but I remember it was basically HLS with a gravity gun, even though it hardly looked like it was even based in Black Mesa. I think I was supposed to be in Questionable Ethics, yet it was this old, rusty dump.
I had another dream too, except it wasn’t as bad, but I don’t remember much of it.
Speaking of lucid dreaming…
I walked out onto my back deck (not realizing that it was way too warm to be November), saw my father reading the paper, saw a gorilla posturing up threatening my father, warned him about the gorilla, figured out I was dreaming, and jumped up into the air where I flew around my yard a few times, trying to figure out what to do next.
Once I had control of my flying, I headed up. Up into the sky, out into space, out of the solar system, and the galaxy, into another galaxy and solar system where I found a nice little planet that looked like ours but with smaller oceans, and I crashed into a big lake the approximate size of Australia.
After that I dreamed that I woke up again. I knew I wasn’t really awake, but my lucid dreaming was over, and all of a sudden I was in Vegas again, watching one of my poker buddies have a conversation with Danny Glover while I ate breakfast.
Sounds like some crazy cheese dream you had there.
This happend around 4:00 this morning:
Black Mesa had been released, and the forums had all gone to hell in off-topicness. Suggestive’s box had been cracked and closed, and people were talking about random stuff while playing tennis.
Then I woke up. I checked the forums and found that it actually had been released while I slept, and the release thread was flooded with people talking about how far their download was. Then I actually woke up.
I did consider checking the site then, but I was too tired and fairly sure it was just a dream.
That was no dream… That was… A vision!
THAT’S NO MOON!
it’s a space station!
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
