dm_subtransit - Pushed into wall by tram

In at least one spot, it’s possible for players to get forced inside the wall by the tram.

The tram is extremely janky at the moment. This is a Source thing - moving objects in multiplayer are handled extremely poorly by the engine. We are unsure what to do about it.

Hmm… I don’t know how feasible this would be, but what about putting hurt triggers inside the geometry itself?
