It’s a test map. For testing things like NPC behavior/scripted sequences/prefabs.
So they don’t have to recompile the entire BM level 100000000 times to get something perfect. I expect it would take a long time, even without without VIS or RAD, and it would definitely lag like shit if you didn’t run VIS while compiling. /mapperspeak
