CTD after first elevator scene

I am getting a CTD near the start of the game at the bottom of the first elevator.

My comp specs are:

Intel core i7 870
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
8 gb ram
ATI Radeon HD5870 with latest 12.8 drivers.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It’s ok, working now. Started a new game and didn’t save till after the elevator scene. Probably a corrupt save game.
