Crazy ties and HECU helmets mulitcolor

So i got the retail version of black mesa and while playing i was seen this alot https://imgur.com/a/c3tjI
and the HECU helmets are going mulicolored but say its becuase of the lighting or some thing so is there way to fix this or do you all ready know aboutthe bug

Do you have any mods installed?

to fix the ties put the following in the developer console:

cl_jigglebone_framerate_cutoff 0

I’m also getting the HECU helmet bug

I have no mods that affect the HECU textures installed

Verify your game cache. This happened to me after the last big update and that’s how I fixed it.
