Crashed in the toilets after the resonance cascade

as far as I can remember, I had a Barney following me and I walked into the zombie in the changing rooms and Barney killed him. I then went to the toilets and the zombie popped out and after he died I put some toilet paper in the trash can and then pressed E on the hand drier. I then went to leave but then this happened:
