Every time I activate the fan then go back up to wait for it to spin, the game crashes. Anyone else having this problem? I will attach the minidump file.

Crashing at exactly the same moment. Turn the fan on, few seconds later I crash.
EDIT: You have to destroy the wooden box on the level just above the fan (next to the door) before activating the fan. Just tried it now and it worked for me. I got the solution from this thread: https://forums.blackmesasource.com/showthread.php?t=13223
destroy/ move pallets next to it out of the way and make sure there are no debris on fan
