This might be connected to Crash on Surface Tension when exploding fuel truck/helicopter but I’m not sure.

I just had another on Lambda Core, involving another explosion. Not sure yet how to reproduce it.
That’s easy, everything hit with a rocket triggers either “mdl in contact with the world”, or “IVP failed” error. Workaround is destroying tough guys with tau cannon alt fire.
Sure, I know I can work around some of these crashes, but they’re still crashing bugs and usually happen unexpectedly. This is a bug report.
