crash loading level after c1a1d

It’s the area where the houndeye causes the walkway to collapse. If I try to crawl through the air vent, the game crashes loading the next level. If I jump down to the other side of the walkway and walk through that way, the game crashes loading the next level.

I’ve attached a .mdmp. I loaded it up in the debugger and this is what it spit out:

I changed to a lower resolution, turned off all the advanced graphics options and ran the game in a window vs. full screen. I was then able to get the next level loaded.
