Crash in elevator

The game crashes when I am in the elevator after the first box jump puzzle. It is within the first hour of the game and I apologize for not knowing the exact name of the act. But after the green boxes in mid air, I proceed to the elevator and the game crashes. Attached is the crash log. Thank you for any help :smiley:

I have the same thing. Right as you hit the water I lose monitor detection
