Content Update 2 Bugs

Well, so far I only found one relevant bug: if you start running with only the Satchel trigger (if you dropped all Satchels) a new Satchel shows up during the animation and stays after it ends.
Other than that, I only found a clipping issue in Anomalous Materials if you kill the sitting guard (the one who placed a bet on Gordon’s arrival) he’ll clip through the console.

Oh and save files are pretty much F’d up: AI no longer works and triggers are visible. Just the usual thing with updates.

Could you send me the save file?

I saw the bug you mentioned with triggers and broken AI, but it was on Save files from before the game launched. I’d like to check on it, see if we can figure out whats up.

Save files no 018 and 068 have AI problems and 068 has the trigger. It seemed to be on pre-Lambda Core save files.
081 has a texture error on an hivehand.
On 088 I had the tie bug. This is the only save file that may be post-Content Update 0.1.0 (and even then I am not sure). The others were before it (they were from around the launch of the Steam release).

I have to make a correction: it’s the losing scientist, not the guard.

We looked into the save files, it’s apparently something that was somewhat unavoidable. We probably should’ve given some warning that this might happen. I’ll take a look at the files when I get a chance.

The reloading animation for the crossbow loops if you sprint during it.

Singleplayer bugs I’ve found.

HECU Marine’s hands clip into the MP5 using old Combine SMG animations.

Security Guard’s right-side hip radio clips noticeably into his hands and chest during animations of all kinds.

New crossbow lies almost directly upright when found on the ground.

Reversely, new shotgun clips into tables when found on the ground.

Rocket Launcher world model is super shiny.

This continues appearing even in a clean map load after verifyng the game files. So, it seemingly isn’t map related. It’s one of the dead Alien Grunts in the last map of the game: bm_c3a2h.

Plast pit: After entering the power generator map, after loading I get spawned here Screenshot. Tried twice with same effect.
Started form completely new game, not old save.

Do you have the DLight fix mod? (You can check by going to the main menu and clicking on “Workshop Addons” and see if it’s there.)

I’ve found that this bug is caused by that mod.
