dude im so excited ok. thats all i can say

Yep.

But I’ll probably just manage to install before I have to go to work. :fffuuu:

To anyone just getting here (and hasn’t always been here, like Jack Torrance in The Shining):

It sounds like there are going to be multiple mirror download links… and… It is the understanding of many of us who plan to download with torrent that there should indeed be torrent links here when new page goes up at 10:47am Eastern… you still have time to download/install a torrent app, if you do not have one. uTorrent is pretty good and has a small resources footprint. I am not going to rehash all the stuff about torrent downloading that I said before in multiple threads, but I personally plan to download torrent, as I see it is the best, fastest and perhaps safest bet to download asap. Happy torrenting if you are going that route too.

Here’s hoping the mirror links are kind to me

Logical way to go with Torrents, easy peasy lemon squeezy!

This sucks, I going to be at school at the exact same time Black Mesa gets released.

Never heard of playing hooky, goofball? j/k… get your ass to school!!

And fullmetal, we NEED dudes like you in the torrent machine, as it were… come on over to our side, please!!

Scotch won’t be the only thing I’ll be thinking of at work today.

Yes, we all are, but that shouldn’t hinder your ability to read.

my “ISP” blocks all torrents… Sorry. University policy forbids torrent downloads. :frowning:

you have humiliated me. :zip:

This might be a stupid question: It won’t just be downloadable by torrents, will it?

no.

You have the choice:

  • direct downloads (not sure if FTP or HTTP)
  • torrents
  • getting it from a friend, who already has it
  • waiting 1-2weeks for Steam release
  • carrier pigeon
  • not downlaoding it at all

you forgot smoke signals (the slowest means of downloading something, I have heard) and morse code

it’s comiiiiing

I’m also comming…

7.1 surround set up,
3D Vision charged,
Room darkened,
µtorrent primed
Ready

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
