Climb animation

I think it would be cool to add climbing on ladder animation like in cs:go :
youtube.com/watch?v=rwXl4S4GOM4

And if the player decides to turn around while on the ladder, or climb backwards? You’d either have to disallow players turning on ladders, or would have a floating player anyway.

More would be nice to add a good animation step pulling weapons and throw grenades or Snark. Also very cool it would be to add animation to connect to the charger cable

I think the player will be kicked forward is if he turns 180 degrees. If greater value of 180 degrees from the ladder, kicked back the animation changes

But then he needs to put his/her gun away.

Cause if I watch the clips, it seems he goes up a ladder (vertically!) with those animation, but he still carries his gun with TWO hands

This feature is much more effort than it is worth, honestly. We won’t do it, most likely.

But you can make an animation of weapons in one hand. With the other hand he / she will climb

Under the old animation, he / she will be flying, and at least the other will be like real climbing

And whether it is possible to take the animation of cs go ?

Just to correspond to your first post:

Having such animation is stupid since in a lot of Source games you can still use weapons on ladders.
If you want to go realistic, there shouldn’t be allowed for a player to do anything on a ladder except go up and down,
and that in these games is not fun or easy.

Therefore, I propose to make content weapon in one hand and of 3 persons in both hands in the first person

We’re not doing this. It isn’t worth the effort. It doesn’t look good, and CS:GO uses an entirely different animation system and rigging to us. There’s no way to make it work well, from any standpoint, be it implementation, aesthetic, or gameplay.

Cryoshell

if you have some other simpler ideas, write them down.

Weapon Box Multiplayer

That’s not all that much simpler, and it’s also in the wrong subforum.

Cryoshell I feel like you are spamming the forums, I see you everywhere I go. Take it down a notch man.
