Chapter 2: background music not playing

The background music in chapter 2 isn’t playing and I get the following errors in the console:

Failed to create decoder for MP3 [ music\bms - theme (crazymix).ogg ] Attempting to play MP3 with no vaudio [ music\bms - theme (crazymix).ogg ]

Using Windows 10 here.
Those are the redistributables currently installed on my system:

[attach=5119,none,343][/attach]

But I still have this issue.
