Can't select the tau cannon anymore

I had used it to kill some grunts until it only had 1 ammo left and I couldn’t used it anymore, now I’m at the dam part with the chopper, and even after picking up the uranium for it, I still can’t select it, so now I’m stuck at this part because of this bug, is there any workaround for this or will I have to wait until a patch is released?

scroll the mouse wheel. Do you actually have the weapon?

if not, you may have experienced this bug

I scroll and it doesn’t seem like I have it, yep, that must be the bug, although I only lost the Tau Cannon, I still have the other guns, does anyone know the console command to give myself a Tau Cannon?
