Can't make a new account on the wiki

I wanted to fix a spelling error in the FAQ (in the “Will <bug/glitch> in Half-Life be usable in Black Mesa” question), but I couldn’t make an account because when I tried to confirm my email it gave me an “Internal error”. I work on the PCGamingWiki, so if you guys are needing some MediaWiki help I can see what I can do (or get some other admins to come and try!).

I would start here at the “forum leaders” list, and see if you can message them the error. A screenshot would be awesome too. Good luck.
