Can't kill bug

I have found a bug in game. I can’t kill anything in game:

they are not even moving so why would you bother to kill them? It looks like you disabled npc’s.
Or is the problem somewhere else?

They are moving and the problem is that they kill the scientist that has to open a security door for me. And I cant kill them and stop them so I cant continue with the game. :frowning:
