Downloaded the game from here. When I click on the setup file I get the error
"This version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you’re running. Check your computer’s system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 etc etc "
Currently running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Any ideas?
Just booted from one of my old hard drives into windows 7 32 bit, and it would install, however that is not an option. Are we saying this game won’t run on 64 bit? Is there a 64 bit version, and where can I download it from??
HMMMM I am running BM (full HL and HL2 installs with several HL2 episodes along with SDK 2007) on Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit and have no problems.
Does the error message state WHAT program or executable version is not compatible??
I’ve got 64-bit Win7, no issues. Your installer could be corrupt. Try downloading from another mirror? I’ve had 0 problems (and quickest speed) with the torrent.
I’ve installed the mod several times on Win7 Pro x64 without issue.
May i ask Does the mistake concept condition WHAT system or exe edition is not compatible? with your edition.
