Cannot decompile Black Mesa animations

I am attempting to modify the Gargantua’s model, but after recompiling I am left with this:

I have (sorta) determined that this is caused by the animations breaking upon being decompiled. I’ve searched high and low for an answer, and I have found that this is a persistent issue, but nobody has figured out an answer (apart from remaking the animations themselves). Any help would be appreciated.

Use Crowbar for compile and decompile

That’s what I’ve been using. It’s even in the picture!

For specifics, I’m using Crowbar 0.35 and the Steam version of Blender.

No problems with the animation? What about if you compile it?

Note: this one was compiled with the 2013 SDK as opposed to Black Mesa’s StudioMDL (they generate the same result). can anyone spare some non-corrupt Garg animations?
