"Can you run this?" testing site

Ok this is cool.
https://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/srtest/

I just tested my system and while I meet the standards, it recommended an upgrade to my video card.

nice!

My friend showed me this site a while back. Pretty nifty until I built my gaming rig. Now I can play anything that comes out for the next decade :retard:

I thought this site was pretty much the standard for system requirements testing. Guess not everyone knows about it yet.

Yeah, i thought pretty much every gamer knew about this. Obviously i was wrong ha = ]

I pass at everything except CPU, though I’m not really suprised, given that its 1.91Ghz. :stuck_out_tongue:

Well its all ways been reliable for me, it doesn’t seem to like windows 7 at the moment though.

Nearly every game that doesn’t specifically say that it runs in windows 7 fails the test, even if all of the other factors have passed the recommended level let alone the minimum.

it hates XP too.
won’t even load the fucker.

In order to go to the recomended level tho, it wants me to get a video card that is at least $300 bucks! sheesh. Not any day soon.

That’s what I thought too.

Yeah, I’ve known about this site for quite a while, myself.

I don’t need a site to tell me what I can run. I just look at system requirements.

yeah. Up till now, I was rather proud of my rig. Now I am just bare minimum. =*(

I can now run Half-Life 2 at Max specs on my computer. I’m happy.

Hmmm… Computer says I pass all the recommended for Crysis Warhead with flying colors, but there’s no way my computer was running it that well. 45 FPS on all medium settings isn’t what I would call “fast”.

I can’t even run the test. :frowning:

Use IE or Firefox, it hates chrome (if that’s what you’re using).

I am using FireFox.=/

I tested all sorts of games on the site. Everything passes except for the operating system. I have a few Vista games that work on Windows 7 like Crysis and Mass Effect. This site is awesome. It actually does a better job than system requirements on a retail box. Sadly, Dead Space does not work on Windows 7 according to the site. Time for me to get Windows 7 games on Steam and skip the retail option!

Like I said earlier it doesn’t recognise yet that most games that are vista compatible are windows 7 compatible.

Really? Seemed to work fine for me on Chrome. I have version 4.0.223.16… How are they already on version 4?
