Can not start chapter 1

When I start a new game it doesnt start on the train i start in a map called #BMS_Chapter0_Title. The map doesnt do anything. and i cant start from the regular chapter

Are you sure you installed it to the correct path? GameInfo.txt should be located in steam\steamapps\sourcemods\BMS.
