That’s old news… didn’t you hear that they are planning yet another sequel?
It will be called:
Call of Warfare 6: Modern black cops 11

Well, at least they have a great looking eyeball shader.
Kotaku has been saying about some more open-ended levels, I wonder…
Also, remember Future Soldier
The story and setting seem really interesting, so the singleplayer may actually be a good experience.
I’m concerned about the multiplayer, though. Is it just MW with some new killstreaks, or could they make it more open and vehicle-based like CoD United Offensive and CoD3? All the cool mechas and aircraft would go to waste in an infantry-only game.
I will watch the trailer when I get home since what people are saying here sounds neat.
When Blizzard first put in the PvP ranking system, it was fairly complex. I don’t know how the Arena ratings work, or the Rated Battlegrounds, but the original system had a lot going for it. Your rank was based on your rank from two weeks ago, plus last week. If you didn’t do any PvP, your rank would likely go down, but if you did a lot and did well, your rank would increase. Only one person at a time per faction per server could be the highest rank, so it could get very competitive if you got above rank 10.
The civil war guns are too shitty to make for good gameplay. Unless they did something really creative and clever with it. But I don’t see it, especially not from Treyarch or IW.
Ranking was the wrong word, I should have said “leveling”, as in, “OMG OMG OMG if I get 1,000 more xp that blue bar at the bottom will fill up and reset!”
Pay off big time? Come on. What have we seen so far that looks incredibly new and different? The setting changed. And, all things considered, the setting change looks like it had no effect but to make the game’s ball to the wall seriousness even more unintentionally hilarious. We saw a lot of plane scenes that looked cool, but I would bet you a hundred dollars that those planes were on a rail and you were just shooting. This game is going to be shit. They may release news that says otherwise, but imo CoD is guilty until proven otherwise. The little we’ve seen so far implies shit, so my bet’s on it being a piece of shit.
Treyarch should go back to making Spiderman games and have a multiplayer mode where one player plays as 3rd person spiderman and the others play as first person police/thugs.
It would probably end up being shit but it might be interesting for a little while
Does sound kinda cool.
That’s odd, but cool.
Let’s see if they can pull that off
Well I have always preferred World at War and Black Ops to MW2 and MW3, I just hope they start to pick up the slack because in my opinion the series has been going downhill since CoD4.
I wasn’t planning on buying Black Ops II. But now I really want to. I was predicting that someone was going to head into the future soon. I kind of like the idea of the Cold War still going on but I think that kind of interferes with the other game’s story lines. And why call it Block Ops II if it’s an entirely new setting but with some of the same characters? The WW3 market is just as over saturated as the WW2 games were back in the day. I can totally see the future genre sticking around for awhile. I’ll have to give Battlefield: 2142 a try now. Anyone know how good/bad that game is?
I’ve heard it’s the most well balanced BF game out there.
But I’ve never played :s
2142 is a great game. I don’t like it as much as BF2 because some of the weapon designs are a bit dumb/look like legos and it doesn’t have jets, but it has the best ranking/unlock system in regards to customizability and the BEST squad system bar none.
It has very few servers nowadays though compared to BF2 or other BF titles
I understand WoW wasn’t the first game to do that, though.

While I was watching that trailer, all I was thinking of was https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNPJMk2fgJU
This may be the first CoD I’ve bought in a while, if it ends up being even slightly more than the copypasta they have all been since CoD4.
Lol I wouldn’t be surprised if this thing shows up on the news for robbing a bank.
Maybe it was a bit of early advertising the whole time.
Pretty sure it was.
i hope those don’t get hacked, wouldn’t want that thing to fly into your window
Because it’s a noob-friendly franchise.
Bored of Activision. Releasing the same game each year with a different name on it.
