So basically
Whenever i start my last save point again the game looks normal… bright enough even though im inside and i can clearly see everything.
But after like 2 minutes or so everything starts to get darker and darker even until it reaches a point where i can barely see my own flashlight.
Let me know if someone has a similar problem or if someone can help me

I fixed mine by downloading a new driver for moi graphics card

Could you please read BEFORE YOU POST sticky and follow the bug reporting guidelines? Posting your software and hardware specs is absolutely crucial to be able to help you in the long run.
From the info both of you had posted so far the only thing I could advice is to try to disable HRD usage - i.e. set HRD to “None” in advenced video settings dialog and be sure to quit and restart the game afterwards and check that the game had really disabled HDR usage (i.e. go to the advanced video settings once again and check that you have “None” in HDR combobox there).
Yeah, and checking that you have the latest drivers installed for your GPU is the first thing to do really.
