BMS error

Hello to all of you from the forum, I’m new here, and I have a little problem and I really wanted your help.
I was testing the Black Mesa Source and suddenly this happened out of nowhere

(Sorry I’m from Brazil)

1º screen: Could not locate the entry point of the procedure
CommandLine_Tier0 in the dynamic link library tier0.dl

2º screen:Could not locate the entry point of the procedure
GetHSteampipe in the dynamic link library steam_api.dll

I really want your help, I follow their games since q came out the first version of Half Life

I think this is related to steam more than to BMS…

Are you using a cracked version of steam?

I do not have Steam, my friend bought for Steam and gave it to me as a birthday present the original Half Life 2 Steam, hence I lowered the BMS not sure if installed correctly, but in my shows so "C: \ Valve \ half life 2 \ hl2 "
But the cracked version of Steam not own

Okay. I thought that maybe you could have an old version of the mentionned DLL that do not include the required symbols.

About BMS, did you use the installer or did you use 7zip to extract the archive somewhere?

no friend downloaded for Torrent.
but it appeared in the BMS setup when I opened it, but did not notice appeared 7zip.exe

you need to make sure BMS folder is in Steam/SteamApps/Sourcemods in your Steam directory and that Source SDK Base 2007 in Tools menu is fully updated

could you show me an example that you talked?

it should be in C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\ if you don’t see BMS folder there you did something wrong.

open Steam program and where it says Games click and select “tools” there you will see a list of tools select Source SDK Base 2007 and click install or resume updating. If those options are not available everything should be OK.

ok

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
