BM vs. HL1 Comparison

I checked out youtube and found out that pretty much all the comparisons on youtube compared the first 2 chapters.

I wanted to change that, providing an actual proper video comparison :freeman:

while 10+ years of graphics improvements have certainly shown HL1s age
There is no substitute for the original…HL1 still rules over BM in my eyes.

Black Mesa is better. Nuff said.

I think i’d prefer BM, since the storyline goes more smoothly with HL2 now that we see Eli and Kleiner. But the mood just isn’t the same. and it will never be.
Also i find the voice acting to sometimes make conversations kind of awkward/Boring compared to HL1, at other times it’s just twice as awesome.

Btw: Did anyone try to make a HL1-remake of the Black Mesa trailer? I’d really like to see that :slight_smile:
