[BM Mapping] Creating Perma-Lit Flares

I want to create flares that are already lit and keep its lit state forever, to use as a lighting-cue for a resource cache.

I don’t see any flags that allow me to do that though.

Is there another way to do that?

Are they mobile? If not, you could set up a model, a sprite, and a red environment light to approximate the same effect.

Could also use a prop_physics with the flare model and parent an env_flare onto it, set the duration to 60000 and turn it on when the prop_physics is picked up.
