BM is awesome - great job

I’ve been following you guys over facebook and after playing the game I decided to register myself here and say that the game is awesome (support for the upcoming Xen party with Freeman as the DJ)

I’d like to thank you for putting in so much of your time into this project. The result is so wonderful that it’s beyond words…beyond anything I excepted.

I’d give BM a 9.5/10 just the same rating I’d give HL1 (while HL2 and its episodes get a 8/10 from me…and after seeing the level of detail that the source engine can achieve, from BM, I’d bump down HL2 to 7/10)

BM is near perfect and I enjoyed the experience. Some stuff did make me go “wtf” like the super precise/bad sounding grunts or barnicle avoiding vorts that charge up faster then the Enterprise takes to go to warp speed…or the missing secondary on the glock to the bad weapon fast-switch (which is logical, but not flawed like the one from HL1 which i grew accustomed to…let me explain. In HL1 if you wanted the shotgun you’d press 3 two times. After that if you want the MP5 you’d press 3 once…In BM I end up with a crossbow in my hands cause I press 3 once after the shotgun…and not only that but fast switch to the .357 and you have to press fire once to make the HUD display go away and then you are ready to fire…lost some pretty awesome headshots cause of that )

That said I have nothing else to complain about :stuck_out_tongue:

The game is awesome and I would recommend it to every FPS player

Here are some screens…bugs are rare but they do occur:
