I’m in Seattle (near Valve!) but I think I might be the only one. A BM meetup in the PacNW might just be me standing in the grassy spot next to Valve HQ saying, “Where is everyone?”
You should invite Gabe and those guys to a Black Mesa party. Should be fun, but maybe a bit costly - you’re going to need a lot of twinkies, hohos, and diet coke.

Ram lives in Newcastle as well. I’d be fine with going up there for a day, but like I said, only if enough other people were interested in coming along as well. Why would you get the train home if you’re drinking Red Bull, heh.

Valve HQ would be a fitting place to have a meetup. I’m only about 6 hours and a border away from you here, but I wouldn’t be able to come down for a good while, mainly due to stuff and no passport. :l

I’ve had successful online meetups before. I think they worked well because there were about 12 of us. After about half an hour everyone was cracking jokes and getting along.
