He’s from Croatia and the country Georgia is named differently than the state. The same is in Poland: country - Gruzja, state - Georgia.
I’ll update it again this evening 
Georgia is a country, bordering Turkey and Russia (as well as a couple of others, my geography isn’t too brilliant)
I assumed it was South Korea, due to the stringent restrictions on internet access in the North. If I’m wrong I’ll change it

In fact, only 5 out of 40 countries on that list are spelled the same way in both English and Croatian. Google Maps is the one who failed here, offering only Georgia in the US. Also, it was late and I couldn’t be bothered to do extensive research.
EDIT: now that I saw the flag, I remembered it was posted in this thread.
EDIT2: :fffuuu: it was only two posts above the list. Well yeah, I guess I kinda failed too.
