And technically, this was not a media release. Those screenshots were originally sent to pcpowerplay for use amirite? They just chose not to use them? Or did they and we just wanted the pure upload?

The main statement of the author in the news tells, that we shouldn’t expect huge media releases anymore, until the mod is finished. But there is still a chance to get some new informations.
Its ok DiePoente… my statement is still correct. Those shots were given to pcpowerplay months before so technically they are not ‘new’. Still, this was not an official media release. There was no pre planned hype. There was no announcement. And this is not the first time ‘new’ shots were made available… didnt cman2k quietly upload some stuff for the wiki not too long ago? I could be wrong, but I thought he threw some stuff in there for us devoted fans.
Yeah, a few of the devs have thrown in a bunch new shots since the last media release. The stuff the cman put up on his site and Ram’s pics comparing NPC’s for example.
