Russian subtitles do not work - hieroglyphs. There is no sound in the game, except the voice of the long proposals of scientists. The console has a lot of red text about errors and corrupted files.

Try right-clicking on Black Mesa’s entry in the Steam Library, selecting “properties”, and under the “local files” tab clicking “verify integrity of game cache”.

Я решил эту проблему - отписался от контента из мастерской (был подписан на несколько карт и замену звуковых файлов с моделями) и все заработало!
