Blast pit crash

Hi
After blasting the creature in the pit and descending down the ladder the game crashes after loading the next section of the game.

Please help.

It was so bad I had to restart my PC, ALT+Tab or Ctrl+ALT+DEL / Shift+Escape couldn’t help me
