i downloaded and got to 99% then it completed. went to c it and it is called blackmesa.7z.dzlgd34.partial. please help. When i open it it goes to the internet downloads
The download is now bunk. I’m guessing you were using google chrome ( from the .partial extension ) and it doesn’t have a resume feature. Try again using a download manage or if at all possible use the torrent. The torrent has thousands of seeds now and can never be corrupted as it checks the hash values as it downloads.

use the 99% file with torrent , as firetime said : it checks the hash values as it downloads.
so start download and stop when the file is written to the hd , then replace it with the 99% and recheck the file with torrent so it will keep the good part of the file and you will not redownload all
