It looks like a problem related to misbehaving post-processing shader on some older GPUs. Could you please try proposed workarounds available here:

Problem resolved itself, I made a quick save, but when the game is loaded, there is a problem before, but when I took uploaded autosave, which was 2 minutes earlier, everything was fine.
