I didn’t know where to post this, I am extremely sorry!

Anyways, I just wanted to show how this clothing store’s logo near where I live is similar to the black mesa logo:

The place is even called, “Plateau Clothing,” which is just like Black Mesa because Mesas and Plateaus are very similar. Both are geological features; plateaus and mesas are sudden elevations around plain areas. Both have top flat surfaces.

It isn’t really important I know, “Who cares.” However, I find it a bit funny.

I’d also like to say hello to the BM community! I have been following this mod for about 6-7 years but never made an account. I’m an avid fan of everything valve related, except for maybe Ricochet. (Just my opinion) :stuck_out_tongue:

I love Half Life and I anticipate this mods release, hopefully sometime late this year or 2013!

When I saw this line I went :what: because I thought you meant the pronunciation. Got me wondering how the hell you pronounce plateau.
There shouldn’t be any apostrophes there.

Maybe the devs should fire over a memo to their in-house legal dept… who in turn will send a cease and desist letter pronto. That should resolve this blatant IP infringement! How dare they piggyback on BMS’s use of large earthen objects AND the colors BLACK and WHITE!!.. Inside of a circle, I might add!

I admit, we do have a high standard of language here. But once you spend about 7 years on these forums, you’ll be doing all of your friends’ English homework. You will be able to spell, and touchtype fast like a baus. :lol:

I think sersoft presented an excellent opportunity for those wanting to properly speak the English language! Just lurk around the forums for a few months & in no time will you not only be able to structure your sentences, you’ll also know proper punctuation! I’m sure the employees over at various translation software companies are starting to notice holes in their pockets. :stuck_out_tongue:

The store obviously only sells clothing which are of a particular style that has already plateaued in the fashion world.
